2.選修課程：

Environmental values 環境價值論;Fundamentals of environmental economics 環境經濟學基礎;Fundamentals of international environmental law 國際環境法基礎;Sustainability and international environmental policy 國際環境政策與可持續行發展;Advanced international environmental law 高級國際環境法;Economic development and land use policies 經濟發展與土地利用政策;Housing and regeneration 住房與再生;Urban and environmental planning II 城市環境規劃。

二、房地產金融專業就業

畢業生可在房地產開發企業從事房地產開發經營與管理、房地產估價、咨詢、經紀和物業管理等崗位工作。這個行業頂級的一些國際大公司有Jones Lang LaSalle仲量聯行, DTZ戴德梁行, ATIS Real, Cushman & Wakefield高緯物業咨詢, Drivers Jonas, King Sturge, Knight Frank, Savills, and CBRE等，很多都在中國有辦事處，主要精力在一些高端的房產投資咨詢和物業咨詢上。當然學生考公務員的話也可以考建設部等相關部門的職位。
